Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup bottled lime juice
- Zest of 1-2 limes
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

- In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until you achieve a crumbly texture.
- Begin assembling your jars by layering the graham cracker crust on the bottom. Follow with a generous layer of the key lime filling. Repeat these layers until the jars are filled, ensuring you finish with a layer of cream on top.
- Cover each jar and refrigerate them for at least two hours to let those flavors meld and firm up.
- Right before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest on top for a gorgeous finish.
