Description

A refreshing and tropical dessert made with ripe mangos, sago pearls, and creamy coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sago pearls
  • 2 cups water
  • Sugar to taste
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing the sago pearls under cold water to remove any excess starch.
  2. Next, soak the pearls in water for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once the pearls are soaked, bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  4. Add the soaked sago pearls and cook them for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. After cooking, drain the pearls and rinse them under cold water.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sago pearls with the creamy coconut milk.
  7. Next, take the diced ripe mangos and fold them gently into the mixture.
  8. Chill this delightful concoction in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  9. Finally, serve in bowls, garnishing generously with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Use ripe mangos for the best flavor and adjust sweetness to your liking.
