- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the peach mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the peach mixture without mixing it in.
- Drizzle the melted butter generously over the cake mix.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
