A delightful treat combining rich brownies with creamy peanut butter cups, perfect for sharing or satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 18.5 oz brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 30 Miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil in a mixing bowl until well blended and smooth.
- Fill each mini muffin well about two-thirds full with the brownie batter.
- Bake for about 16 minutes if using a metal pan, or 23 minutes in a silicone pan, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Unwrap the Miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups while your brownie bites are baking.
- Press a peanut butter cup into the center of each bite immediately after baking.
- Cool completely in the pan for about two hours to set.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Refrigerate for about a week or freeze for longer storage.
