  • 18 oz (510 g) high-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 14 oz (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup (90 g) dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Set Up a Double Boiler: Fill a pot with water and bring it to a simmer. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot.

  4. Mix in the Flavorings: Remove from heat and stir in cranberries, salt, and most of the orange zest.
  5. Pour and Tap: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and tap lightly on the counter.
  6. Top with Zest: Sprinkle the remaining orange zest on top.
  7. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  8. Slice and Serve: Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Best served with orange slices or alongside a cup of hot chocolate.
