Description

A refreshing and simple sorbet made with just two ingredients, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon chunks
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove the seeds.
  2. Freeze the watermelon chunks until solid, about 2-4 hours.
  3. Blend the frozen watermelon in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, if desired, and blend again until well incorporated.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze again for about an hour for a firmer consistency.

Notes

Serve in bowls or cups and garnish with mint leaves for extra flair. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
